We bought this stainless steel heavy duty drop in cooktop to replace our 12 year old 36™ Kitchen Aid cooktop. The new cook top stopped in and assembled easy. I installed it myself (make sure you get the new gas kit on Amazon or where ever you buy your stove - you need to replace the compression fitting IMO). We thought the lit buttons were a gimmick (who cooks in the dark, right) but now we live it because it tells you when the mob is turned and burner is on. Love it. The grates are heavy duty and HEAVY. Some may need help lifting them for cleaning. However they™™re great looking and don™™t lower the heat or cause issues. NOTE and TIP - if installing in to granite or other stone counter you may need the $150 lot. I didn™™t know this. Luckily I saw what the kit included and had similar brackets. If you™™re having an installed out it in, they should be familiar with the tricks of the trade.

This unit, I purchased to replace a 5 burner I bought in 1995. Easy installation, with minimal modification. Also, I purchased a built in oven, a Frigidaire, in June of this year. We are quite pleased with these Frigidaire appliances.

This is a fantastic cooktop. We replaced our 15 year old cooktop Gallery cooktop with this new Gallery model. It was a great addition to our kitchen and it did not disappoint. My husband was not a fan of the front controls at first but after using the stove he was sold, he likes the cooking space and the efficiency of this unit.

The reason I gave 4 star is because my first cooktop had some issues in the fittings and I had to replace this. But I like the cooktop because it is super easy to use and safe to operate. I like the design as well. On top of this I like the customer service because they replaced the whole unit without any difficulty in the procedure.

After some time shopping, this unit is priced more reasonable than other units on the market. A big plus for me is that this unit is the most shallow than others on the market (2 7/16™) since my countertop installation was located over two working drawers. Plenty of room on top for pots and pans. Love the LED back lighted control dials.

The cooktop grates are so heavy that my wife can't remove them for cleaning the stainless. The grates profile is 4 times higher than previous product that cooking in large pots is difficult for her. Wife cannot use this cooktop.

This is a solid gas cooktop. Have searched high and low for something that would fit my existing cutout and this is the only one that fitted without any major alterations to my granite countertop and draw arrangement underneath. The LED knobs are great. The grates are solid and heavy duty in construction. The burners are awesome! The surface is fairly easy to clean also.

This is a replacement for an older Frigidaire unit that has been discontinued. Installation was easy. The new unit came with the LP conversion kit and only took a few minutes to install. The cooktop looks great. I was amazed at how much heat each burner puts out, it™™s much noticeably better than my old unit. The backlit knobs are a nice feature to quickly identify which knob(s) are on, especially for someone with poor eye sight. I particularly like the fact that you can adjust the flame height via a set screw in each knob. The factory setting for the low end (simmer) was a little bit high for my liking. I was able to tweak the flame at the low end. Now it™™s perfect for me. The grates sit higher than my last unit too which I like, it gives it a better look. I am very happy with my purchase and I highly recommend it.

We purchased the 36" cooktop in November of 2023. This model was easy to install and operates easily - quickly lighting and with very easy flame control. The stainless steel looks great in our kitchen is easy to clean and the grates are heavy which means they do not move when repositioning pans and griddles on the cooktop. We love this appliance.

It is a very nice range. We haven™™t had a gas cooktop in over 25 years. Recipes turn out better than they ever have. The fifth (middle) burner is perfect for those big gumbo pots and the like. Being able to control the heat so specifically is wonderful.

The cooktop is fantastic, lots of space and powerful to cook whatever you want. But the parts lack quality to last, the attached picture if from a problem that happened in the first month and Frigidaire never sent the replacement parts. A guy came over to take a look, and never came back or called back.

Excellent fit and functionality. The appliance install was done quickly by professionals. It works like a charm.We put aluminum foil on the bottom to prevent from stains or spills from our cooking . No issues there.The grates - we r careful to wash and dry it quickly.

Our gas cooktop is great 5 burners that work fantastic. The cooktop is spacious and allows you to cook with 13 in pots and pans and 10 inch pots and pans at the same time. The surface is easy to clean as well.
