Got rid of the Samsung I had. Looks are almost identical but, (so far, only had a month), the Frigidaire runs 100% better, quieter, less finger prints and if the ice maker and water continue to work this well it gets 5 stars from me. Hopefully it won't ice up like the Samsung that was only 5 years old!

My Maytag finally died unexpectedly after 15 years. After reading some reviews about the poor reliability of Samsung and LG, I decided to look at some other brands. Quite a few recommended to look at Frigidaire. Found a black stainless one on sale at the local store. It looks fantastic in the house. It definitely has more cubic ft then my old one. Hopefully, it will last just as long.

We have enjoyed the new refrigerator. There is plenty of room inside both the bottom freezer and top levels. Love the deli drawer. The black stainless steel is a great a finish. Only downfall is the ice maker noise. Not a huge negative, just a bit loud when the ice drops.

Love the interior space and set-up! Crisper drawers work well, and plenty of space on the doors. Ice maker performs perfectly.I hate the volume and pitch of the (condensor?) fan. Much louder than my 14-year-old fridge. I've called your 800 number, but 1st phone number for service (in Dallas) was disconnected. I've been in phone/email contact with your repair representative in San Antonio, but after providing him with my proof of purchase, he has yet to schedule a service call; it's been 2 weeks. I would have returned this model, but the store return-purchase policy was only 48 hours, and I've been trying to have service since day 2!A new appliance should NOT be this loud!

I purchased all Samsung kitchen appliances ror our remodel. I couldn't have made a bigger mistake. The refrigerator lasted 8 months before it quit. Unrepairable according to their service tech's. Took 2 months to get refunded. Found this frigidare and its fantastic. Supposedly the same cubic ft. However the frigidare has utilized the space so much more efficiently. We couldn't be happier with this refrigerator. We will soon be replacing all of the Samsung pieces with frigidare products

I have been looking at buying this fridge for a long time now and was so excited to be getting it finally. I did not want to leave a bad review but there were issues with the fridge and the store where I purchased it did not do anything to make it right. The size of the fridge is great and I like the set up with the French doors, even though the doors will not adjust properly, they are uneven no matter how I adjust them. I wanted a white or black one but no one had one so I got the black stainless steel. If I had known the plastic film that comes on the stainless steel doors wouldn™™t come off all the way I don™™t think I would have purchased it, I would have waited for the store to get the white one in. There are little bits and pieces of the plastic film all around the edges and it looks terrible. Given all that, I still would have been happy with my purchase but the freezer door doesn™™t shut all the way, so it is wasting energy™¦. when it is supposed to be an energy star appliance. We started noticing damage to the left side of the fridge during set up. We notice some damage on the bottom left side of the fridge, the foot piece on the left side was missing, and one of the shelves on the left side in the fridge section did not fit all the way across. We didn™™t notice the issue with the freezer door until a few days after having it plugged in. Thant™™s when I noticed the freezer was frosting over. I started checking around the freezer and noticed the gap in between the rubber seal and the body of the fridge. You can also feel LOTS of cold air coming out on that side. The right side closes great. I called the Lowe™™s store where I purchased it on January 2nd to talk with them about it and see what could be done. I spoke with a manager who said he would do whatever he could to make it right. He said he would look into what he could do and kept saying he would make it right no matter what and then he said he would call me back by close of business the next day. He never called back. I called the store again on January 6th, January 9th, and January 16th. Each time I left my name and number and was told a manager would call me back. No one has called me back yet. This is terrible customer service. Now it has been over 30 days since I purchased the fridge and someone at the Lowe™™s store basically told me they can™™t help me because it has been too long since my purchase. I called Frigidaire on January 11th to go through the warranty process to see if someone could fix it (if it even can be fixed) or replace it. I was told someone would call me back in 3 or 4 days. No one has called me back from there yet. I have read several other reviews on this exact fridge where other people have issues with the freezer door not closing all the way on the left side and the freezer constantly frosting over just like mine it so this must be a common issue. I like everything else about the fridge but the fact that no one will call me back or is willing to fix the freezer or replace it has made the whole purchasing experience unpleasant.

It's a beautiful icebox. Does what it was advertised to do. Keeps my cold stuff cold and my frozen stuff frozen. Water and ice thingee is fantastic. I often find myself visiting it in the middle of the night where we share secret snacking time. We found hundreds of old discarded icecubes that were kicked under our old fridge when making room for this Frigidaire who I now affectionately call Chilly Willy. Satisfied with the fridge over all. Spacious in both freezer and fridge. Still getting used to the ice dispenser. Have some ice cubes that fly out to the side. Biggest problem is the noise level. It must be the fan behind the fridge. It is constantly making noise. I can™™t hear very well so doesn™™t bother me much but drives my wife up the wall if we get used to the noise I believe it will be a fine unit. We™™ll see.

I loved the look of it 1st off The black stainless beautiful 2nd the shelf layout allows me to store alot of small or a few big items (turkeys) and the door bins hold alot of my favorite hot sauces with plenty room for other as I cook alot I have alot of stuff and the crisper drawers are amazing that little filter does work I had a thing of broccoli in there for over 2 weeks and it was as crisp as the day I bought it I would recommend this to anyone!!!

I love the exterior, no fingerprints! I've only had it for about 2 weeks...so far, so good. The only thing that bothers me is you have to open both doors in order to get into the deli drawer. Oh, and peeling the plastic protective wrap from the outside of the fridge is a job in itself, especially at the seams ugh. All in all I believe I have made a great purchase and hope that it lasts me for many, many years to come.

The refrigerator and freezer are fine I guess. Decent amount of space. Cools relatively quickly. But the water isn™™t chilled (why not, that™™s just lazy design) and the ice maker takes all day to make a cup of ice, making it borderline useless.
