I have had this microwave for about a week now and I am happy with it. The microwave that I replaced was a Frigidaire also and I had that one for about 30 years. There are a few differenced between the old one and the new one but the new one is just a easy to use. One of the biggest differenced is that the clock is much brighter on the new one so I can finally see it. I hope it lasts for 30 years as well.

I was in need of over the range microwave and I had bought a Frigidaire refrigerator few years ago and its working great so far. This attracted me to look for a microwave from the same company. So I checked online and there were a lot of good options. Then I went to RC willey and physically checked the microwave. I checked different models and picked the model I bought but it was not available on white at store. So the store associate helped me to order it and and I received it within 3 days. It is working great and my whole family loves it. We™™re getting everything we™™re expecting from a microwave. Easy to use with different functions we need.

I recently had to replace a 15 year old over the range microwave. I went to my locally owned appliance dealer and they recommended the Frigidaire brand. I am very pleased with the product it is just what I wanted, something uncomplicated to use mainly to warm up leftovers, steam vegtables, melt butter for baking, and other simple tasks. It works like a charm.

This microwave is garbage. I replaced an old Frigidaire microwave with this one and the handle broke off after three months. I am still waiting for warranty replacement. When I reach out to Frigidaire for replacement parts they have few answers and no action. I would like them to come take this back and pick a new brand. Additionally, I recently replaced a broken Frigidaire refrigerator with a new brand. My Frigidaire stove also has a burner that does not work properly. I am weary of these products completely at this point and I may just have it all hailed away and cut my loses.

Surprisingly quiet. Very good so far. Totally different, in a very good way, than the 23 year old GE. Looks better too. I did not like the very flimsy and to me maybe dangerously so, mounting bracket for the lower back. Other than that, everyone here loves it. Maybe a lasting of 23 years. GE reviews were the reason I bought this one. Wife doesn™™t like the single light.

We really like our microwave. It's quiet and heats up food quickly. Unfortunately, we purchased I from Best Buy and their service was terrible. We purchased it the beginning of February. Took approximately 2 weeks to come in. It was damaged. Had to return it and reorder it. Took even longer to come in. We were never notified when either one came in and was ready for pick up. Best Buy is not a recommended store to sell your products. Will give Frigidaire a bad reputation.

I purchased this Frigidaire over the range microwave to replace the GE model I had. MY refrigerator and range are both Frigidare products and I wanted to match them all, besides this microwave had better reviews. I have only two issues, 1. the LED lighting inside the product is okay BUT I find the clock numbers difficult to read and have since left it off. 2. I was disappointed the lower lighting only has one setting verses the two setting (high/low) offered on the GE product. I am finding this product has MANY more functional options than I expected, like 10 power settings. I'm learning new uses like defrosting which I never used on the GE. I think its just going to take some time to get use to the changes. It works great. I'm just the type that finds change difficult.

The Frigidaire Over-the-Range Microwave works so well. It has many features and is so easy to use. The white is bright and looks great. This is my second Frigidaire microwave. The first one I had lasted for 15 years. Great product!

I chose this make because it has a "zero clearance hinge" which is needed for my cabinet configuration. Previous make no longer has. Pros of this model: cooking power is good; good appearance; ease of use. Cons: lacks a couple of features of previous make: does not have an option to stop rotation to accomodate larger dishes; quick start function only up to three minutes (previous had quick start up to 6 mins)

I really am enjoying the functionality and quietness of my new microwave. However, when it comes to the interior and underneath LED lights, Frigidaire used a harsh ™Brilliant white™ color impossible to modify board LED. These lights should should be those widely used and accepted screw in LED™™s so that people can choose to modify them to 2,700-3,000 K color bulbs!Additionally, people have had to replace them and they cost plenty!

This microwave does the job, but I have to admit, I prefer the smoother transition of the previous model when utilizing the quick time buttons (1, 2, 3 minutes) This newer model has a strange delay that always makes me wonder if it is going to start heating or not. It can be annoying at times. I am disappointed the recent design is larger and now hangs below our cabinets by 1/4".
