This is my first Frigidaire appliance. It™™s easy to use love the popcorn setting gets it just right! Some microwaves are complicated to set the time and to operate not this one. It™™s also looks nice and goes very well with the design of our kitchen. The smudge proof feature is great makes for less wiping it™™s great!

The new style is a longer slimmer microwave. Well I need full size so I appreciate the size of this microwave. I also appreciate it being user friendly. Some microwaves you think you set the clock when really you set a cook time. I say so far so good with this purchase.

I purchased this microwave from Lowe's. It is one of the best purchases that l have made. When l don't have time to cook, this microwave is so convenient. With a family of four it is quick, easy to clean, and heats up food in seconds, and it adds a eloquent vibe to my kitchen. Kudos to Frigerdaire for creating such an amazing appliance. I also purchased a Frigerdaire stove and l have no regrets. I give you all 5 stars because 10 stars were not available.

We have only had this new microwave for 1 week, but it is performing great so far. It did a great job on its first test with making bacon. It runs much quieter than our previous microwaves. It has cooked/warmed foods evenly and defrost function works well. Still working on learning the soften/melt button functions. Overall, we are very pleased.

I've always purchased Frigidaire appliances. I purchased this product in January 2025 in Black Stainless to replace older model one. After only 6 months the paint is wearing off the handle. I do not use abrasive cleaners or sponges. The black stainless is more expensive than other finishes and think it should hold up longer than 6 months. Also, the light underneath is not as bright as my previous one and the vent is no protection from getting grease on the upper cabinets. I recommend not buying black stainless.

This microwave was a replacement for our old mounted one. It had to fit precisely. We were lucky that the one that fit was easy to mount and is easy to use. The interior is so bright and clean looking. The range light is much brighter than the old one. I love the brushed black steel. It doesn™™t show prints like our previous black enamel finish.

So, easy to install, quick to understand the programming. Also, as a testament as to how strong the magnetron (heating element) is, it only took 2 minutes to boil 8 ounces of water (a standard industry-wide measurement). I needed a replacement of my original Frigidaire Gallery black stainless steel micro and I'm glad I held out for this one (due to shipping time) instead of buying another brand. Happy customer.

Front Door Panel Broke Completely Off after 6years of daily use (appliances came new with the remodeled house) Warning: Do not Slam the door shut (as teenagers do, especially in a hurry). The front door panel Broke Off and is being held together wit strips of clear packing tape. Luckily, the safety door shield (for microwaves) is still intact. Temporary Fix until we can afford a replacement. Aside from that, we really liked this microwave; it's spacious and easy to use.

I just bought this microwave because my old one broke and so far, I love it! I chose this one because 1) it came in black stainless 2) the price was good 3) the reviews were great. It's pretty quiet when it runs and it has two exhaust fans on the bottom, one on each side, so it handles exhaust better then my old one did which only had one in the middle. Plus it looks great!
