So far my window unit is running at 70° Eco and turns off when it reaches that temperature. I did buy an air purifier filter and received it yesterday so I™™m reading the directions to see how to put it in. I had a previous 25,000 BTU Frigidaire, which lasted 10 years and I hope this 18,000 be to you last just as long so far, I have no problems and I hope it stays that way. Thanks

This unit seems excellent and extremely quiet! The case was slightly damaged, I would guess in shipment, but no oil leaks and everything works well. Would buy again.

Package was slightly damaged when received, and resulted in very minor damage (crack) to top right plastic faceplate/cover. Installation of unit was pretty straight forward, although it was a little confusing on what screws to use for some of the steps. It would be helpful if the instructions included a number on each of the screw diagrams, and then reference that number in the installation instructions. This unit is working great to cool the living room! The 220V unit puts out noticeably colder and more air than smaller 110V units. I am happy with this AC!

This unit runs well; pretty quiet. Fits the window well and is versatile. The biggest thing to be aware of is the electric plug type™"LCDI 6-15P. Overall a good fit for our needs!

While I do find this cools very well so far only some of the features work for me outside of the box- which is not acceptable for the money you put into it upfront. The WiFi feature seems to be faulty on my unit and after spending an hour trying to figure it out myself I called customer service. Guys, it™™s horrible. I spent another hour on the phone being transferred to the same customer service agents and each one told me I had the wrong department- kinda like in movies or tv shows. I will say everyone I talked to was very nice. If something goes wrong with these ac™™s they are likely not going to be able to help so consider that aspect when purchasing. I wish I could get through to someone to help me.

We installed this unit in our out building. the install was fairly easy. Its a big unit so 2 people are needed. We hooked it up to the WIFI and can control the unit with the Frigidaire app.

I installed this as a wall unit in my home shop (small out building) it replaced a very old 12,000 BTU. This unit is much lighter than the same size 12,000 unit but still heavy and needs two people to comfortably move. The unit is quite and the fan moves a lot of air. It was easy to connect the unit to WIFI via the Frigidaire app which lets me turn the unit on and cool down the space before I head out there. The app works with Alex and I just ask her to turn on the Shop AC. Super easy.

We are using this in our basement to help cool it during the spring/summer months of heat in SC. The temperature seems quite cool when on the lowest fan speed. The control panel is extremely user friendly. I™™m hoping I will get more used to the sound as it is rather noisy in our echoing basement. Shipping was easy and it arrived on our front porch. Note™" it™™s very heavy! You™™ll need at least two people to move it! However, keeping cool in the heat makes the weight of it totally worth it.
