So far the temperature control and ECO settings work. I've only recently purchased and installed it. Its early October (Fall Season) so not in heavy use. I purchased it to replace a Midea recall. I have a 5 month old daughter that I'm not putting at risk with black mold. This model should be much easier to clean if needed--fingers crossed. A little under 2 weeks at the moment and it's been working great. Honestly, I wish the review could be a year from now when I really put it into action through the summer.

So far so good. It replaces a very old unit that died on me. This machine operates smoothly and looks and feels less clunky. Very quiet. I have not yet experienced a major heatwave but have faith this will do the trick. Excited about the inverter technology!

Worked for two weeks then wouldn't turn back on - threw multiple error codes. After hours and hours of going back and forth with customer service over multiple days, they told me I qualified for a replacement and then they ghosted me. After finally contacting support again I was given a link to fill out for a replacement unit and never heard back again. I will never purchase Frigidaire again.

I started getting an error code the moment I installed it. Took me a few days to figure out what it was. The automatic reset features do not work. I have to have a technician come out and figure out what's wrong with it. For a brand new unit, I am not happy about this.

I purchased this unit to replace a recalled window AC unit. I am completely satisfied with this unit. In the Quiet mode the fan is as quiet as our previous unit. We no longer have to worry about mold growth and getting sick from it. The cooling capacity is great and the unit is made to add an additional filter which was not available on our previous unit. At the time of installation we added the additional filter to help keep the evaporator coil clean and mold free. Thanks!

Installed this into a smaller window in my studio space which is above the garage. Which means hot hot hot area. For me it's the efficiency and the fact that it's quiet even when it's cranking. So it has improved my work conditions dramatically. Very pleased.

We've put off getting an AC for the bedroom because our apartment can't handle much on the circuits but this AC worked perfectly with our electrical setup so we could finally install an AC in the bedroom. And this small room AC really packs a punch. FINALLY I can sleep through the night during the blistering summer. And, bonus, it's super quiet, so it won't be waking you up at night or making it hard for you to hear the TV. I downloaded the app and it is super convenient. Didn't realize my living room AC was also a Frigidaire so I now have both set up in the app. Now when I'm almost home I go into the app and turn on the ACs so the apartment is cooled down when I walk in.We got this AC at the perfect time, just before we hit a heatwave, so it's been a life--and sleep!--saver. Highly recommend.

Unit was received with minor damage to outer box and interior packaging material. The AC unit was NOT damaged. I installed the unit by myself with no issues. I have storm windows so additional minor work was necessary to ensure unit was tilting properly for proper drainage. Unit is cooling room nicely so far, and hoping it continues to cool the room as well in the upcoming summer months. Unit is easy to operate and control.
