Installed with gravity drain hose in the bathroom. Unobtrusive and relatively quiet. Takes the humidity from 2 shower sessions from 72 to 55 in an hour or so. Very happy with the results. No maintenance and no bucket emptying is what I love. Frigidaire brand and Injooe it lasts a long time.

Pretty effective dehumidifier. Not as quiet as I had hoped but not offensively loud. Wish there was a way to get the device to display the measured humidity instead of the set point; have to go into the app to view the measured humidity. Programming features are nice and work as expected.Dumping the bucket is slightly messy as there's not a clear "pour here" spot.All-in-all very satisfied

Living in central Virginia where the humidity is usually off the charts it™™s hard to keep wooden instruments in tune and not warping. I™™ve tried different methods and dehumidifiers that advertise they™™re going to work in a 300 sq foot room but they don™™t!!This Frigidaire 22 pint does the trick. I™™m thoroughly pleased with this product and highly recommend it to anyone that has a humidity problem in a small medium size room.I should have researched sooner, I didn™™t realize that Frigidaire was into dehumidifiers all of my kitchen appliances are Frigidaire and I™™ve had nothing but good luck with all of them .Thanks for making such great products!!!

Product arrived damaged (large dent). Customer service very inefficient. Took over half hour multiple online chats. Huge waste of time trying to resolve what should be a simple return/exchange. WiFi feature didn™™t not work to sync to app ( tech savvy and went through all the prompts).

Very easy to set up for remote operation. Can schedule to run or can start and stop from app with timer settings. Surprised at amount of moisture in first 30 minutes, dehumidifier works very well and easy to empty. Bought for basement moisture and happy with results.

I love the product. It works exactly as described. The only feature that I wish the product had was a readout of the current room humidity without having to connect the appliance to the app.The user manual is also missing information on what the humidity target values are for the "auto" and "quiet" modes. Providing this information would be helpful to users.

I purchased this model which was a bit more expensive for the WIFI feature. It was working very well until one month later the App and Wifi was not working. I complained twice because it appears the company neglected to work on the functionality errors in the tech department. There were similar complaints online. The App is poorly constructed and the Wifi struggles to connect properly due to their issues. The machine does not work like it used to as it seems like it doesn't communicate with the App appropriately. I like the design and the machine, when it works. If this keeps up I will need to request a new machine since I have a year warranty. I would not purchase this model if I were you. They can so much better and the name of this trusted brand Frigidaire could be saved if they paid attention and fixed the bugs. Electrolux just doesn't care anymore.

Decided to try this one out after a cheaper one we got a year ago died. Really glad we did so because this model seems to cover our 1200sqft space a bit more effectively. Truthfully, what I like most about it though is how much quieter it is - I have it right next to the couch and am still able to watch TV and talk without it being annoying (used to have to turn the other one off or turn the volume way up on the television). I don't have the right set up to hook up the hose just because of how my place is laid out, but it manages well without having to empty out more than once or twice a day. I also really appreciate how there's a lid on the little bucket, so when I pull it out to empty manually I don't have to worry about it splashing or spilling when I carry it to the sink. Highly recommend!!

I just purchased this unit and so far it is working great. I am using the continuous emptying. Had to shorten the hose a couple of times to get the right slope to the drain and now it empties with no problem.

It gets really hot and sticky during the summer in the south and I always have a dehumidifier at the ready. My old trusty dehumidifier is on its last legs, so this model is an efficient replacement! You see I live in the south and around spring time my allergies are awful. At night I can hardly sleep, the air just feels heavy with particles making it harder for me to breathe and get a goodnight rest. Mind you I have allergies year around so purchasing the Frigidaire dehumidifier was worth a try. I must say it was well worth the purchase. This product has been amazing! I find myself sleeping more comfortably and breathing easier. This was just what I needed to give me some relief of my allergies. I am impressed by the design and performance of this dehumidifier. The small footprint is perfect for my space™"it doesn™™t take up much room but still does a great job. On the lowest setting, it runs pretty quietly making it less noticeable, and I can turn the setting up when I'm not in the room or not home. On the lower setting I can leave it on in the bedroom without it disturbing my sleep.The control panel is intuitive, and the buttons are responsive, making it simple to adjust settings as needed. The timer feature is nice to have. You are able to set it to either run for a specific time or turn on after a set time automatically which is super convenient. Overall, this is a quiet, effective, and user-friendly dehumidifier.
