Home Depot delivered and set up freezer, smooth finish on outside should make cleaning easier than the dimpled exteriors, so far has been kept everything frozen, lighting is very good. Freezer is about 1 month old.

Nice to look at. Great profile. Very quiet. It ha only been a month, but I am liking it very much. I replaced a 40 yr old commercial freezer and will have to learn all over again how to work with a frost free freezer. I purchased extra baskets to organize my foods. The freezer is very lite. When u open the door the whole freezer slides forward, even when half of the freezer is full..the bottom metal rack serves no purpose. But when I open the door the rack gets stuck with the door and the ranch slides out with the door. And that's with 50 lbs of meat in it. Be better. I went with Frigidaire bc my old one last 22 yrs but now I am regretting the purchase.

Voluminous and yet still compact, I can find everything I™™ve placed in the freezer. Very nice freezer, When we got the interior led light wouldnt work, Chatted with rep, had repair service scheduled, was repaired within a week. Technician seen it before the magnet on the door doesn't either get installed or falls off in transportation, seems like should be able to put on permanently instead of just pushed on. Our warranty repair people, Chambers Service is Top Notch Ladies are super nice on the phone and Chris our tech very knowledgeable, nice and professional

we purchased the frigidare freezer at Lowes because our old Kenmore died and we lost all of our food inside it. we had no warning that it was about to crap out so we lost at least $1000 in food. It was a terrible loss for a senior couple on social security like we are but i just hope the new frigidare lasts longer than the 5 yrs the kenmore gave us. so far it is working fabulous and the only thing that i see could be better is the wire drawer at the bottom needs to be a little bigger. we like to use it for extra hams and turkeys when they are on sale for the holidays! Hope all have a Merry Christmas!!

After the compressor in our old unit burnt up, we purchased and installed this freezer as it was the only one in stock among all the stores in our area. All other freezer had to be ordered and we needed one asap. Install was easy, it cooled down quickly, and still held everything our old freezer did despite being smaller in size. I can not really rate on longevity, but hoping it will last us a long while.

While the freezer is attractive in appearance the glass shelving leaves a lot to be desired. They are fairly weak and do not hold up to very much weight. I believe the metal bands on the front and back of the shelves are too weak and there should also be one through the middle of the glass shelf. Improvement needed.

So far with the freezer. It is not nearly as deep as my 19.6 cuf ft whirlpool. My only complaint is the lip on the back of the shelf where the glass meets the rail. I use baskets to organize my freezer and they get stuck at this area and I have to lift the basket over the hump. I wish it was flush. I also wish there was a bit more options for shelf placement.
