Our last Frigidaire dishwasher was nearly 20 years old. This new model is much quieter and I am pleased at how clean the dishes are, BUT the rack design is horrible. My 11" dinner plates do not fit well in the space designed in the bottom rack nor do the glasses on the uneven top rack fit as shown in the manual. If Frigidaire comes up with upgraded racks like my previous model, I would be more than happy to switch it out.

I bought this Fridgedaire model for its AD-compliant size to fit my kitchen. Generally, it performs well and it was a great relief to get a new dishwasher installed again, after a long pandemic without one! The appearance is contemporary and attractive, and I have come to like the configuration of racks. My single complaint, however, is the noise of the machine, and I suspect this would be a significant issue for many folks. I don't run it at night or during a dinner party, because it rumbles so loudly. That is its downside.

I used this dishwasher just one time and apparently the plug was left in so it filled with water and the "flood" sensor was activated. Upon removing the dishwasher from the wall the drain supply hose was damaged and needs replaced. This one part( #5304525488) has been discontinued and or on backorder since November. On 1/18 I was told by Frigidaire that I would be getting a full replacement and to wait 10 days, I called today after 10 days of waiting and was told the full replacement was denied. No help at all.

Due to the height of my countertop and supply chain issues, I was limited to a few dishwashers that would fit in the space I have. This dishwasher fit the bill. I like the look, the inside and the functions but don™™t like that I have to hit cancel every time I close the machine. I haven™™t figured out a way to resolve this. Am I missing something in the owners manuel?

It is quiet but loading the top as described in manual doesn't work. The glasses work better on the bottom. Took several washings to finally figure out the best way to wash the most dishes while making sure they dry well. Glasses would work on top if tines were taller. Also, I replaced the utensil holder with a smaller one from diff dishwasher to allow flexibility for odd sized pans etc. Also don't like that I have to remember to select heat drying option, that should be a default one would have to deselect if don't want to use.

Dish rack spacing design does not accommodate older, thicker full dinner service dishware, utensils and cooking pots and pans. a very disappointing feature limiting dishwasher use. The older replaced model had a very usable basket design, accepted a large load of varying dinnerware, silverware, high stem glasses, and cooking pans in one load. As a consumer, considering the load limitations created by the tight rack spacing and configuration design, it has been a challenge to load and use the unit.

we have to wash every night. The dishwasher is fine as it™™s quiet, it fits the cabinets and overall kitchen well, and it does a good job cleaning dished. My problem is the racks. Their too shallow, poorly laid out, overly crowded, and seem to be intended for a childs tea sets rather than full sized dishes. And at this price there should be a third rack.Our Fiestaware plates would not fit in the lower plate holders. The cereal bowls fit but only two or three at a time. No place for larger soup bowls, mixing or serving bowls. The silverware caddy is nice but seems to take an excessive amount of room. Frigidaire boasts it will hold a 12 place setting but I don™™t think they mean full sized dishes and certainly would not include any larger pieces.We could not see this dishwasher before we ordered it. I have seen other cheaper Frigidaire dishwashers that seem to be better laid put than this one. For the price I would not buy this again nor would I recommend it. We have an all Frigidaire kitchen and unfortunately this newest addition is the only disappointment.

Machine not working right. Past 3 week plus have been back and forth with Frigidaire. Tech coming Dec 28. Machine small inside. Not even big enough for a roasting pan. Hard to place dishes if not completely flat. Doesn't hold enough. Don't like idea to run hot water first before starting wash. Would not buy again. Brand new machine.

Like I said™¦a nice dishwasher. It does seem a bit flimsy compared to my old 25yo Maytag that was running fine when removed but looked it™™s age hence the replacement. This one is quieter and cleans the dished equally well. All you want a dishwasher to be and do. My problem is with the racks. They are much shallower than the Maytag. And loading this is like assembling a jigsaw puzzle. The plate racks are too small and too close together. No real place for larger bowls. My wife™™s 9x13 baking dish wouldn™™t fit for example. One small cup rack and the glasses rack seems to have gotten lost. So if you want to run the dishwasher every night this should be ok. Me? I wouldn™™t buy it again. We bought this sight unseen from Lowes and they delivered promptly as soon as it arrived at their warehouse so kudos for that. All of out kitchen appliances are Frigidaire and we have been very happy with them over the years. And I™™m sure this one will perform equally well. We™™ll just have to learn to live with these shortcomings. But if it doesn™™t and we do end up having to replace it I doubt we will replace it with another Frigidaire.

I do like the controls on the front of the door instead of on top where anything falling off the counter will collect during food prep. I also like the adjustable apron at the bottom that keeps things from rolling under the machine. I™™m not a fan of the tight configuration of the dish slots or the inability to adjust the configuration to meet my needs. The machine runs quietly.

I like that it fits my lowered countertop and in my wheelchair it's easy to load. I'm not fond of the screen I have to clean but over all it is a good appliance. I've had minimal problems so far. I like the clean design and look.

I am 72 years old and Frigidaire has always been my (go to) whenever I have needed an appliance. I recently purchased a new Frigidaire dishwasher assuming I was purchasing another quality Frigidaire appliance. My question is: What has happened to the Frigidaire quality. I probably didn™™t do diligence in choosing the dishwasher but I assumed that Frigidaire was my best choice. I must say this is the cheapest Frigidaire appliance I have ever owned. It is small, it is terrible to load and it doesn™™t wash or dry dishes well at all. I know I bought it, I own it and I™™m stuck with it but please review your standards for quality and go back to producing the quality appliances that I have always trusted. Thank you

I have had this dishwasher for a month and could not be more dissatisfied. This dishwasher was designed for an individual who lives alone and never cooks. It will not accommodate most of the pots, pans and cookware that fit easily in my previous dishwasher. The tines are so small and close together that even my plates and bowls do not fit well. If I attempt to load the dishwasher per the diagram, my salad bowls take up the entire half of the top rack and leave space for only a few glasses. The tines are so short that my salad bowls fall over every time I slide the rack in or out. I can fit fewer than half the dishes that would go in my old dishwasher, and I can™™t load any cookware except for a small pot. My sheet pans don't fit! If you live alone and only eat takeout meals, then this is the dishwasher for you. I love to cook and expect the products I buy to be functional and well-designed- this is not. I had to buy this sight unseen due to Covid. I am incredulous that something so badly designed would ever be put into production. It's amazing to think a new product would be so substantially inferior to an old one; I really wish I had my old dishwasher back. I have already ordered another dishwasher to replace this one- I hate it so much I am willing to take the financial loss.

I just bought this and did not see it in the store (P.C. Richards). Since we are still in this pandemic, supply is limited. I have run the dishwasher 3 times and coffee mugs do NOT come out clean. Also, if you have a spatula or anything that size, forget about it fitting in the silverware tray. Also, all dishes come out wet with water on it! DOES NOT DRY PROPERLY. To anyone looking to buy this -- DON'T. IT'S 2021 - why can't Frigidaire make something good since they have been around forever!

This machine is broken, it has never functioned and Frigidaire is unwilling to replace it or help me. The tub of the dishwasher is caved in and the machine leaks from all over. I hope I never have to interact with Frigidaire ever again.

This is my first dishwasher, installed with my house renovation. I was so amazed that the dishwasher is so quiet while in operation with the normal cycle. Still learning how to stack dishes to get the best result, the pictures in L'utilisation & L'entretien are helpful. I'll try the 1 hour wash next, and the dry heat. It is fun having a new machine.

I wish we would have fixed our old dishwasher instead. I didn't actually se it before we bought it. I only saw a printout of a picture of it. I hate the racks (top & bottom). The mugs I use for my tea do not come clean & I'm using the same dishwasher detergent (Finish Powerball Quantum) that I've always used & never had a problem with before. But since it isn't something I can get rid of very easily, I stuck with it.

I bought this dishwasher in December 22, 2019. It worked wonderfully up until July 2020. I had difficulty getting a hold of anyone from Frigidaire. I got it fixed but never received a claim number to have it fixed under warranty. Very dissatisfied about that.

I have no complaints with how well this dishwasher actually washes; it does a fine job of that. However, I wish I had looked at in person prior to purchasing it online. The top rack is oddly shaped, making it difficult to load many of my cups and smaller plastic kids™™ bowls. The plate spaces on the bottom are helpful but again spaced weirdly; they™™re almost too narrow for my plates.This dishwasher does come with a loading guide that shows you how the manufacturer intended for it to be done, but every family™™s dishes are a different shape and size so I wish it was a little less specifically-shaped. It™™s hard to tell that from the pics online.

I bought this dishwasher the first week of August 2020. I love the stainless steel interior although the exterior is white to match my other appliances. It has plenty of features and options. The only thing I'm a little disappointed in is the heated dry cycle which does not completely dry the dishes especially plastic containers (yes, I did add an rinse aid). Overall I'm happy with this purchase.
