The manual doesn™™t come with very clear instructions on how to set it up to dry the dishes at the end of the cycle. The options are HEAT and AIR, but we™™ve tried both and the dishes still come out dripping wet. I™™d love some guidance!

my 24' dishwasher with even dry is very nice. I am finding that the dishes are very wet when the cycle is finished, so I need to figure out what I need to do differently. It also takes several hours to run...which I find odd. Other than that I love it...it's super quiet.

Installed this dishwasher in August 2023 as part of a kitchen remodel in my house, complete with a new kitchen sink, sink drain rough-in, new disposal and new water lines (public water, tested and potable). Since day 1 the dishwasher leaves the dishes when finished with a fishy odor. I have to wash the dishes after removing once again by hand to remove the odor. This is ridiculous. I have read others have experienced this and here are the remedies offered by others and Frigidaire that I have tried. Made sure water temperature was hot enough (133f) and ran the sink hot water before the cycle , cleaned the entire interior of dishwasher racks, door, and walls, removed the filter/strainer and cleaned (never dirty or clogged as dishes and glasses sink rinsed and free of any particle before loading), removed and inspected new supplied drain hose, checked back-flow valve on unit, insured high loop properly installed, ran recommended dishwasher cleaner without dishes (numerous times), ran a vinegar cycle through an empty machine, ran a baking soda cycle where baking soda was used to clean walls door and racks then washed in an empty cycle, disposal (new) detergent disinfectant tablets, switched dishwasher detergents between premeasured pieces and simply filling the compartment with loose powder, high sanitize cycle wash"employed . Did I miss anything? This thing is scrap-metal, never again. Oh yes, had an appointment with a Frigidaire area technician. Nice guy, ran several test cycles, said machine operating in proper order. Dishes smell like fish. Out of things to try other than either hand-washing or buying and installing another machine. I have only had this dishwasher for a couple weeks but having already put it through its dishwashing paces I can see how much an improvement it is over my old dishwasher. It is so quiet I can read in the next room and not be distracted by whooshing noises and the dishes are spotlessly clean. There was still a little bit of dampness on a couple mugs but that is easily dried off. I haven™™t used the third rack that holds oversize utensils but I have no reason to think they won™™t also be spotlessly clean. And the smooth stainless exterior blends in seamlessly,

I really like the dishwasher itself. I like the 3rd rack but it makes the bottom rack less able hold taller lids. The one thing I really miss is an indicator light or sound that tells me the wash is complete. Because my controls are on the top of the door, I can™™t tell if it™™s done, unless I open the door.

Our dishwasher constantly displays the i-20 code. Our plumber confirmed that the unit drain hose is not blocked. Since I didn't fall for the extended warranty deal, I guess we are stuck until we buy a different brand.

Had to replace 10+ year old dishwasher. Lowe's salesman highly recommended this model for it's quiet operation for my price range. He was spot on! I didn't know how poor a job my old one did until now. Set on recommended normal use settings, dishes come out spotless and dry. The unit is a "Tall" design which puts the door almost to the ground, as well as the bottom rack is very low to reach. But I'm getting used to it. The racks are lightweight and a little wobbly when pulling out. The third top rack is a little sticky to pull out. But very minor issues. I highly recommend this dishwasher! I've only had it for two weeks, but very pleased so far!

This was a replacement dishwasher. The rack spaces are so small that it is difficult to fit our dinner plates in the slots. The upper rack, the utensil rack, doesn't get dry at all. Any plastics do not dry at all. Some other dishes hardly dry. I have tried letting the hot water run in the sink before starting the dishwasher and have filled the "jet dry" dispenser twice. Doesn't help. If it wasn't so difficult to install, I would take it back. It is better than hand washing dishes, but not by much.

I purchased this unit from www.homedepot.com and when my contractor opened the unit several weeks after buying it he noticed it was damaged. I filled a claim back in early December and the technician who came out on Dec 18 verified the unit was damaged and not reparable. After that I was asked to send the receipt and serial tag photo for completion of my claim. Shortly after sending this information I was sent a second email asking for the same information. I called and was told their was no supervisor to speak with and the "back office" does not take calls. Several days later I got a third email requesting the same information. At that time I called customer service and again was told there was no supervisor and the "back office" does not take call. I made the customer service agent stay on the phone while I sent the pictures a 3rd time so she could verify they were received and uploaded. I was told I would get the final authorization to return the unit prior to Christmas, but no email. I call beginning of the week and was told they are delayed due to the Holidays and it would be another 10 days before they responded. Today 1 Month later I got a 4th email requesting the photos to be sent again! I called customer service and they said I don't know why you got that email I see the picture right here. Sorry there is no supervisor to speak with and the "back office" does not take calls. You will just have to wait for them to reply. My contractor is now gone and I will need to pay additional money to have the dishwasher installed and I am VERY VERY unhappy with the way I was treated especially when I spent thousands of dollars buying appliances for my new home. I still do not have a new dishwasher and I will never buy your products again.
