After owning this product for 3 years I can say with absolute certainty you should not buy this product. From day 1 the oven has not been able to hold a temperature and my food is never cooked correctly, always underdone or burnt. I have had a technician come out to look at what is wrong with the oven and was told it is ™fine™ when I know it is in fact not fine. The microwave works fine for now but the oven is not good.

Four months after the oven/microwave combo unit was finally delivered the microwave stopped working. Four months! Luckily it is still under warranty, so we are waiting for the control board that supposedly caused the problem to be installed. Hopefully it works a little longer before it stops working next time because we like it when it is working.

Just bought 3 days ago. Getting error 11 and Error5 on oven control panel. When It does not work Properly microwave used for cooking rice for 20 minutes and oven is off. The only way to get rid of it is to reset the wall breaker. The microwave gets extremally hot blowing slowly its moisture by the oven sensitive control panel. The exhaust of the microwave should be blown on top of the microwave. This is a design problem Tech came talked to Frigidaire support no fix yet . If not fixed returning it. this is not a cheep unit $2800.

We waited 9 months for this Microwave/oven combo unit to be delivered and glad we waited. All the newer models that would fit in our cabinet space all have the microwave with a drop-down door. That style does not work in all situations, based on the height of the cabinet and height of user. There is no way a shorter person could reach in over a drop-down door. That is why we ordered this unit, the only one who had the side open microwave door . This unit has all the features we were looking for. Easy controls, quiet operation and the oven heats fast. Love that it is convection as well. Now for the look - it is beautiful in our new kitchen and matches our other appliances. Worth the wait!

Beautiful oven but the interior fan is broken and since this particular oven took 6 months to arrive the appliance company is repairing it but it's not fixed yet as all the parts are not in.

Waited 5 months for delivery. Rep kept estimating delivery month by month. Unfortunately, it appears that Frigidaire is the only maker of a 27" wall oven/microwave combination. Thermostat is off by 25 to 30 degrees. Oven preheats to desired temperature or above, and when item is placed in oven temperature drops. Per the instruction manual, we set the desired temperature to 25 degrees above desired temperature and it does seem to maintain the desired temperature. Temperature calibration does not seem to have an effect.
