We like that it came in black (the only manufacture that our appliance store said came in black). We wished that the clock setting for the Oven and Microwave was one and not two. That is the only negative comment I have.

Finding a 27" wall microwave/oven in black is hard to find. The microwave went out on my prior Kichenaid appliance, so I had to replace the entire unit. One thing I really like about this product is the while together, it appears the microwave plugs into the oven. So if this happens again, I hope I can just replace the microwave and not the entire unit. This is a big place. This unit was black, and not black stainless steal that tends to scratch and look bad. I did receive a random message that I needed to cut the power to the unit. But when I brought the power back on, the unit is working fine. I hope this does not happen again.

Our new Frigidaire cooks more evenly and better than our old oven. The Microwave is more powerful and heats and cooks faster. The menu controls are intuitive and easy to use. I do wish the timer beeper when done was louder, even on the loudest volume setting it is fairly quiet. Convection bake works very well. And aesthetically it is pleasing and fits into our decor (we got the black unit). It fit into the existing cutout for a 27 inch oven without modification.

The oven would not work as the control panel was defective. Microwave oven works. The people who installed were going to get a replacement control panel. They said they got 2 parts out of five needed for the control panel after 8 days of ordering it. The salesman I dealt with offered to replace the whole unit on September 2nd. I had no other choice. I accepted it. So, 4 for weeks (date installed was 08/05/2023) we cannot do any baking.

We like the oven portion of this combination but the microwave portion doesn't work. Whatever we are trying to cook/thaw/warm the machine turns off after a matter of seconds.We have contacted Best Buy for help but are referred to you.

I am absolutely over the top with my appliance. Due to the disaster with Covid, I waited almost 3 years for delivery. I did look at other appliances, incase my order was cancelled but I finally got it & I am extremely pleased, the wait was so worth it. I would recommend this appliance to anyone. At 87 years old, it is so simple & easy to use.

The 27™ Frigidaire wall oven/microwave combination I purchased from Best Buy turned out to be the right fit for my kitchen. It slid right into the wall slot where the old oven (38 years old) used to be, so no additional labor charge. It has so many new features, which I can™™t wait to try, and it™™s easy to use. So far, I™™m very satisfied with my choice!

Bought this model after waiting 7 months on another model which was backordered for 7 months (black stainless steel). This was the only model 27 inch width in stock (black). Love convection mode on the oven. Can now bake 2 sheets of cookies at once. Oven area is deeper than my previous oven. Oven temperature accurate, needed no adjustment. Only complaint is surface areas are not smudge-proof. Almost impossible to keep clean looking.

Although we waited nine months from ordering to get delivery and installation, the look and operation of this oven/micro combo complement our other kitchen appliances. Frigidaire also was the best value in this category - competitive brands are substantially more expensive. While it took two oven cycles to clear out the "factory smell," otherwise, the oven performs well. The circulation fan ensures that food is cooked evenly. The microwave is large and has a rotating glass tray that facilitates balanced heating. Installation was difficult (and cost more) because the connecting cable was shorter than the installer had encountered on other brands. All in all, we are pleased with this appliance, our first Frigidaire purchase, and will consider Frigidaire first when the need to replace another kitchen appliance arises.

Ordered this in April and arrived in January. Just got it installed and oven doesn't heat. Its been impossible for the last 10 months to get ahold of someone at Frigidaire who knows what they are talking about. Doubt someone at Frigidaire knows how to troubleshoot it.

Although it took nine months from order to delivery to install this 27" wall oven/microwave, it was worth the wait. The oven is versatile, and the microwave is large and efficient. The only issue was installation due to the length of the connecting electrical cord. It was shorter than the connector on the GE wall oven that was being replaced, such that the connection box did not lay flat in its place in the back kitchen wall. The installer had to enlarge the wall cutout by removing a large piece of drywall and part of a wall stud so the connector box would tuck in and allow the new oven to slide in correctly.

Electrical conduit with wiring (for hard wiring) that came with the appliance is too short. I have installed similar units and the cords are typically about 48 inches long, some even longer. The one I received in 28 inches long. With a minimal distance to the back plane of 24 inches this is not sufficient length to wire the product. Attempted customer support number 3 x told each time no one available and was cut off, went to chat and was cut off in middle of call. Tried to use chat again currently does not work it appears?

The unit works great, but after waiting 11+ months for it to arrive the factory installed the wrong fan blade for the oven convection fan. I hope it does take another 11+ months for the correct fan blade to arrive.
