Foil has stuck on the top oven and despite using products recommended by Frigidaire nothing has worked. We want to return this oven asap and get a full refund. Also the temperature is not consistent. We will never buy Frigidaire again.

We bought this Frigidaire double oven from Lowe™™s about six weeks ago had it delivered and put in the service agent was kind very efficient and left with no cleanup whatsoever we™™re ready to go tested the unit and give me a number call back if anything should arise. I have used the lower unit one time and have recalibrated so that both ovens are spot on for temp so far I™™m very pleased with the installation and the service and the timelines of the Lowe™™s group

Buttons are confusing and don™™t respond to touch as easily as we would have hoped. We don™™t like when timer is goes off it shuts off the oven temperature. So then you have to preheat it again. (And it cools rapidly)

The double convection feature is fabulous. And the oven is very quiet. Never mind the other reviews that complain about noise. The only feature I would change if I had my choice is the oven light does not operate independently for the top and bottom. Otherwise, I give this oven two thumbs up!

I have only had this oven for a couple of weeks, but I can truly say I love it!! Installation was pretty easy considering my original oven was over 20 years old. It did require some shims to fit just right. Warranty registration was super easy and the manual is straightforward. It is super easy to use, sleek and cooks wonderfully-both convection and conventional. I would recommend it for anyone needing a wall double oven!! It's a great oven!

The Frigidaire double oven that I had for 23 years finally gave it up. The control panel went out. It was such a great oven that I wanted to replace it with the same thing. Not a good idea! The new double oven takes forever to heat up! Also, when using the convection oven, it vents heat back into the kitchen! I was able to use the old one in the heat of the summer as it didn™™t heat up the kitchen. It seems like the handles are made of plastic because I can feel a seam that wasn™™t there on the old one.Once it heats up, it cooks well, but still puts out heat.I do not like this oven and would like to return it but it is a few days past the 30 day warranty.

This oven may not have gotten 5 stars if I hadn™™t been dealing with a sketchy oven for so many month! But, then again, maybe it would. Fits in my built in space and looks great. But even better, it cooks to temp perfectly. I like the fact the window is so large in the door and I can clearly see what is cooking. The actual oven seems so much bigger than my old one. It is a bigger oven in the same space. Outstanding.

Easy to read display and very easy to operate. I love how big the windows are. The oven stays at the proper temperature. The preheat feature is a bonus; once it™™s preheated you set the time and pop the food into the oven. When the time is up, it shuts itself off; no more worry about overcoming because I™™m in the middle of something else. Really great value!

Giving a "generic" review at this time. Purchased on 4-4, delivered on 4-7. Installed on 4-15. All went well with the installation. When I opened the oven to set the racks two of the four were so tight I had to pull quite hard to remove. They don't fit on the lower slots in either oven, scrape when I try to enter in upper slots. Don's waste your time calling. Human contact doesn't exist and chat is inactive.I purchased this product based on reviews and experience with an induction cook top so I ultimately expect once this is corrected to elevate the rating.Customer support is quite lacking

Only had it a short time, but so far been very happy with our new oven. Some time and temp adjustments needed as this unit cooks things faster than our previous unit. The interface is intuitive and easy to see from across the room. Installation was simple - we did it ourselves.

We love our Frigidaire double oven. We were unable to see a floor model before we bought it, so we weren't sure how it would look exactly. The picture of it looks matte. It is not matte. It is very sleek and very shiny black. It matches our other kitchen appliances perfectly. We also love the convection feature; it is very quiet and cooks the contents of the oven evenly. We are very happy with our purchase.
