I™™ve always wanted to cook on gas stove. I always heard it was an adjustment moving from electric to gas. Well this oven made it seamless. So far no burning no scorching simply easy cooking.

I was excited to get my new oven, and it's works good for the most part. My only complaint is that it doesn't seem to bake/cook evenly. Which is disappointing. I did have issues with the delivery from Lowe's but that's not the manufacturer's fault.

The stove works well but the oven seems noisy when baking stuff. Must be the fan but never had a stove make a noise like that bells. And the clock loses about 5 minutes every 3 days, so that is annoying also. But it functions as it should other than that

I couldn™™t be happier, it works great and the top cooking surface is large. All surfaces on this stove are easy to clean due to the coating or the stainless steel on the appliance. It has Air-Fry too. I could Air-fry a turkey now if I wanted to. Great job Frigidaire.

If I could give zero stars I would. We have had this product for only 9 months now and the oven just stoped working. We called to have a tech come and look at it and fix it. Well the tech came on 5/21 and said it was the igniter and something else. So he ordered the parts for it. He came back on 5/27 and said the switchboard is not working after he replaced the other parts. So now he had to order that. 5/30 he came back to fix that and now the valve is not working. I have called customer service multiple times regarding this stove and how unacceptable it is to spend all this money on this product and get the run around. I have asked multiple times to speak to a manager. I was told the manager would give me a call back. I have yet to hear from a manager. To say I am highly unsatisfied with this product is an understatement. The fact that not one customer service rep could help me, lets me know they don™™t stick behind their products. I wouldn™™t recommend any product from this company. The lack of customer support and getting this issue resolved is ridiculous.

I had the 30" gas range with air fry professionally installed on April 17, 2025. It would not ignite. Had to call Frigidaire multiple times for an appointment. The first round consisted of them giving me an appointment time with a third party, but I was told to call to confirm it. The number is out of service. Second round consisted of them contacting a third party that I was told would email me to confirm the appointment. I did not receive an email so I called again. The representative said the contractor accepted the repair order so I would just have to wait for an appointment. Frigidaire should have called to me. I contacted Frigidaire for an update and was told my appointment is scheduled for next week. Sad that they did not contact me to tell me this information. Waiting to see what happens. On top of this, they have the nerve to try to sell me a warranty. Honor the one I have. This is my first time buying Frigidaire and so far, I am very unsatisfied.

This oven works so well the stove burner grates sit up high which gives you more cooking space because the grates cover the whole stove top. This Easter was the first time using the oven all day it cooks so evenly. The stove top and oven clean so easily. We used the air fryer function for some wings came out perfect. Personally it was fine having to preheat for the air fryer. I also love the black stainless it looks very sleek and modern
