This range is aesthetically pleasing; however, there are features that are very unfavorable. First, as everyone has stated the blower fan is VERY LOUD and high pitched. Second the cast iron grates sit about 1.5-2 inches above the flame, which makes it inefficient. Third, without natural gas, the propane conversion, also makes the BTUs inaccurate/inefficient.I have had the range for about 6 months, it works, but it is not the gas range range that I grew up with. It is unfortunate that Frigidaire continues to sell this product.I would not recommend purchasing this item.

Replaced an ancient Amana gas range, needed it before Thanksgiving as the old range was not working correctly. Not many options that met all the requirements, decided on this one. Assembly and installation was easy, and it was up and running quickly. Had to convert to Propane which was somewhat involved, but the instructions were clear. Stove burners work well, and the different options for heat output are nice to have with a variety of different sized pans. We cook with cast iron and stainless pans, and both work well here. The continuous grill over the entire range top was a change, but an improvement- it's great to be able to slide pans around onto different burners. We have not used the center burner yet, but plan to with a griddle. The oven seemed slow to cook initially, but for whatever reason after the first bake it has worked fine. Preheating is very fast- much faster than the old range. Issues:- Control touch pad is tricky to use. Especially the timer- holding the up button increments minutes by 1 until you get to 10 or 15 then it goes up by 15 minute increments quickly. It's easy to overshoot the desired time.- The burners on top have upward-facing holes for the flame, which catch debris easily. Other style burners with a cap over them don't get dirty as easily. Also, cleaning requires removing the entire burner and lid. Not a big deal, but they are light and easy to knock off. I also worry about damaging the ignitor.- When we got the range it was new, but had scratches on the bottom drawer face. They're not super noticeable, but it was disappointing to get a "new" range that was actually a "scratch and dent". This was shipped directly from Frigidaire.

The style of range creates SO much more worktop space, perfect for canning or cooking large meals! It is the same measurements of my old range, but the layout creates more space! Also love the front controls! No more reaching over boiling pots to turn on the oven or set the timer! And the Quick Boil is no joke! I was honestly shocked at how quickly it will boil! I do a lot of canning, so bringing water to a boil quickly is a game-changer! I had looked at other, much more expensive ranges, but wasn't able to purchase because they didn't deliver to my very rural area. So I "settled" for this one. SO glad I did!!! I upgraded the range a bit by painting the handle gold and switched the knobs for stainless and now it looks like a $3,000 range! Don't hesitate! You will love it!

Very pleased with the stove and how it functions. I only wished the bottom drawer was a bit steeper so I could store some pots and pans in it. It does hold a few so there really is no problem. I had to make room in my bottom cabinets for the rest. Overall I™™m very pleased ??

We love our new Frigidaire range. It replaced a 25 year old Maytag range and I think it will be an excellent successor. I love the 5 burners and the edge to edge cooking grates so that I can slide a pot off of a hot burner without tipping it over. I am looking forward to using the steam cleaning function.

We purchased our Frigidaire stove to replace our 20 year old stove- and had to do so before the holidays were here. We hosted 30 for Thanksgiving and it was exactly what we needed for roasting a 20 lb turkey, cooking savory sides, reheating contribution dishes from guests , simmering gravies and baking those golden delicious pies. Wonderfully easy to operate. I also love how it looks in my kitchen. I do however wish it came with a griddle unit for the stove top. Other brands did and I wish I had one. Frigidaire was in stock and my first choice ( with griddle) was not available before T™™giving.

We like our new gas stove a lot! The installers were very patient when the first unit delivered had a fan screeching noisy, next new one delivered had dents, and the last one finally we accepted. However, the FAN in the bake mode is very noisy. Real noisy. One would think an alternate fan at a slower speed might get the job done? The squirrel cage type fast fans are just plain NOISY!

The stove works fine. Nice array of different size burners. The high heat quick boil burner is especially useful. The volume on the timer is so low it's worthless unless you are right in the kitchen with the stove. There is no volume adjustment. The biggest drawback is the annoying whistling sound produced by the vent fan ( not convection fan; this model doesn't have convection mode.

Overall, my wife and I love the looks of the new range and it works as it should. The oven seems to be on temperature and the flames are right on but the drawback has been. The fan comes on when the oven does and it has a very high pitch ™Annoy™ whine. I™™m not sure if this fan is truly needed, It™™s annoying can be hurt throughout the whole house. I would love to disable that fan.

Have only had the range for 2 weeks but so far so good. First time with a convection oven so didn't realize the fan would run through out baking time, but it is on the quite side and I don't find it a problem. Fan does run until oven cools down, but I leave the door ajar so it cools down faster. I like the grill burner in the center, find it easy to use with my griddle. Oven preheats fast, and Quick Boil burner does just as the name implies. Range is nice looking and fits in well with my other appliances.

It is a beautiful stove, but the control panel is so hard to see. The clock lights up, so it doesn't seem that it would be difficult to have the controls light up. I have to turn the kitchen lights on and bend down to see the controls,
