I did an extensive internet research on a replacement for our 20 year old oven. I discovered that acquiring appliances from any manufacturer in white cost more. This oven had a 5th cooking area, steam cleaning which required less energy, front controls AND a bottom storage draw and cost LESS than other models. SOLD.

Wife loves her new range. She is, however, having to get familiar with how to use all the buttons. Her old range was at least 30 years old. You can imagine the fun she's having learning how to use this one. She's doing better now since it's been in for about 2 weeks.

I am enjoying it, but I guess my old stove just didn't work very well because this is taking half the time to cook things. I thought checking on a cake when it was half way through was enough, but it was even kinda too done. But otherwise things are good.

In June of '22 I purchased this Frigidaire Electric stove. After having to return 2 due to damage, I finally got the oven that I kept. Although it sometimes seems as though the oven doesn't heat and cook as it should sometimes, I hadn't had any complaints. A few days before Easter Sunday, the cooktop sparked while I was cooking on top of the stove. Chucking it up to possibly grease landing on the element (even though that should not happen), I didn't think that it was a big deal. While cooking Easter dinner, my son and I smelled electrical material burning. We both said "do you smell that?" Then my son said "it's on fire! Look! And points to the clearly visible flames UNDER the glass. I panicked thinking about how I would be able to get to the fire to put it out. My son quickly unplugged the oven and within another 20 seconds, it fizzled out. I wasn't worried about the cost of the repair or possible replacement because even though the chinzy 1yr warranty had expired, I just knew that Frigidaire would take care of it. Because regardless of whether it was under warranty or not, no stove/oven should EVER spontaneously start on fire. There's clearly something malfunctioning from the manufacturer as I couldn't even get to the area that the fire was without taking the glass cooktop off. Frigidaire did not see it that way at all. I pleaded my case with 3 different people on the phone, and 2 online. Over and over again, their response was seriously like a recording "Due to the 1yr warranty being expired, Frigidaire is not responsible to the repair". I was/am stunned!! What would have happened had no one been in the kitchen and my son hadn't unplugged it? I absolutely leave the oven unattended while it's being used. Frigidaire has negative zero empathy for it's customers and this is just a guess but, they do NOT care if their faulty products cause damage or a full on house fire, or if their faulty products start a fire and kills your family! I did a lot of research to ensure that I was getting a good oven and unfortunately even though all of the reviews for this oven were good, I got one that could have cost us our lives. I have dogs and cats and would be devastated if they died in a house fire. A $900 purchase for us is a huge deal so here it's August and the only way that I can cook is in the microwave. Please take my advice, and do not buy anything Frigidaire, it's a very good possibility that the next one sold will be the Frigidaire oven to destroy a family's home and possibly take a life or two.

Recent purchase has given us faith in electric ranges again. Previous range was base model included in pre-owned home purchase...with coils on top and little to no temperature control when cooking. The new range has excellent burner control and a true flat surface. The rings wfor where to put the pots were not painted on top of the glass, but imbedded in the top with fewer change to ruin the finish. Tickled with this new edition to our kitchen.

While we haven™™t had it long we do love our new range. It was very easy to install and we were up and cooking in no time. The oven bakes evenly no issues with any hotspots or cooking quicker in the back as opposed to the front. I™™ve found that cleaning the top with simply water and paper towels works best. My only issue this far is that the control panel on the front is extremely sensitive if you barely brush it, and I mean barely brush it, it chimes. To be honest it™™s a bit annoying not sure why they made it so sensitive but if I could change one thing it would be that.

My Frigidaire Electric Oven is 3 years old, not covered under warranty, and yesterday while I was cooking Easter dinner it caught on fire under the glass cooktop. This is a defective electric stove, not user error as it's impossible for me to access where the wires caught fire. You could literally see the flame through the glass top! I reached out to 3 different customer service folks and was told that it's my responsibility to pay for a service call and pay for the repair. The service calls alone are $99 at the least! Frigidaire does not care that they put a defective, DANGEROUS product. Customer service is a joke and literally told me the same thing over and over again "your appliance is no longer covered under warranty". I don't care if it is not under warranty! No range no matter the age, should ever catch fire! My whole house could have caught fire if I hadn't been standing there to hurry and shut it down and unplug the plug. Apparently Frigidaire doesn't give 2 hoots if their defective appliances can cause house fires and potential deaths! Run don't walk away from this company and find a brand that does care. I will never buy anything Frigidaire ever again. I surely am putting it on social media to deter folks from buying from this company.

I would rate a 5 but I don't love the cheap corner method and the fact it smells like burning plastic when I use the oven. Otherwise, so far, so good. I hope the scientists come up with a better way to make the glass more resistant to staining. I was spoiled by the old appliances built to last for a lifetime . . .

I love everything except I can't push it all the way to the wall and when I use the back burners I hit the buttons on the front. Not a big problem that I can't live with.P.S. the delivery was terrible the men ran their truck into my mailbox and messed it up. I contacted Home Depo numerous times, and they would not call me back or figure out a way to repair or replace it. I'm not happy with Home Depot.

Good value for the sale price.this range does not over-lap the counter on the sides or back, which leaves an ugly gap around the range. My previous 2 ranges had edges that over-lapped the counter in this same house, and same house, now looking for some type of vinyl edging to cover said gaps.Over all this range is very nice, and easy to use.

First of all, the person who helped me to order this oven was phenomenal. I ordered it online but I had a tax exempt which I needed to use. They told me what to do and I was refunded the tax within 7 days. The oven was delivered without any problems. We have not installed it yet because of some issues on our end.

The delivery team completely ghosted me twice. Said they would be here Wednesday between 3-7pm and never came or communicated any cancellation. Said they would come Friday between 3-7pm and the exact same thing happened. It™™s been almost a week and we have no clue where our oven is or when we will receive it. Customer service had been less than helpful and has zero resolution. I™™ve taken off work TWICE and canceled Valentine™™s Day plans to be here and they never called or showed up. I™™m out money for missing work twice, and will have to an 3rd day when they reschedule delivery AGAIN. Unfortunately I offered to be compensated by Frigidaire for this dysfunction. Will update review if something changes.
