We bought this cooktop in April 2024 during a sales event in preparation for our kitchen remodel. It was installed August 2024 & upon first use the black coating popped off one of the grates exposing the bare metal. I called customer service & was told it was a cosmetic issue & not under warranty. I was offered the ™opportunity™ to buy another grate for my BRAND NEW cooktop. I asked to speak to a manager & the representative refused. I was so frustrated that I gave up. Since then, the cooktop has various places where it looks as if the stainless finish has been stained where something splattered. I am quick to clean up any spills, but there are times that isn™™t possible, especially while cooking & the burner is hot. I mean™"a cooktop is made for cooking, spills are going to happen. The finish on this product should not be so easily ruined. I hate that my 9 month old cooktop looks so terrible. I™™m extremely disappointed with Frigidaire customer support & this cooktop. This experience will keep me from buying Frigidaire products in the future.

The cooktop works fine. However, when cleaning the grates, I lost one of the rubber feet for one of the grates. I called customer service to order replacement feet and was told that the rubber feet are not a separate item and that I would need to purchase a new grate (for roughly $145) to get the rubber feet. I was directed to some Frigidaire generic grate feet to purchase as a replacement for the lost rubber foot. I then ordered the generic feet. The grate feet that arrived were totally wrong and did not fit my grate. I then had to pay to ship them back. To say the least, I am disappointed with the lack of available replacement parts for this cooktop and now have to live with rocking of the affected grate and scratching of the supporting stainless steel, unless I want to spend money on a new grate.

Very simple and strait forward installation. The only issue was the clamps used to secure it in place don™™t work well with my granite counter top due to the thickness. Used some clear silicone instead and good to go. The grates are very stout and seem to be very durable. As well as easy to access and clean the cooktop. The burner knob positions are ideal and give maximum cooking area.

Out of all the cooktops available, this one really caught my eye. However, the experience of cooking on it made my wife and I very happy we selected this one. I like to cook eggs slowly, and the smaller burner has so much control and can be turned down to produce eggs that are like poached in a simple frying pan. The larger burners really put out the heat for fast boiling of a pot of water. The grates are wonderful with no empty spots for small pans to fall through.

Installation was easy and we had the cooktop hooked up and working quickly. The cooking grates are beefy and the burners are way more consistent than my last one. I also love the middle burner quick heat feature. I™™d recommend this cooktop to anybody looking for a high quality kitchen product.

Do not buy from this company.One of the worst experiences folks. I don't usually do this kind of stuff but the frustration with Frigidaire is too much. I ordered and paid for the gas cooktop with delivery and installation on the same day. They delivered the product and the guy told me he could not install it. I called and texted Fridigaire air several times, the call center people are nice, but no solution. I have a box sitting in my kitchen with no idea who and when the install will be. Do not buy from this company.

I like how modern the gas cooktop looks with the large knobs and heavy grates. The flame is really strong too. It™™s a little difficult to keep clean around the burners because of the flatness and shininess of it, but otherwise, I™™m loving it.

Just got it installed today and have cooked one thing, but so far, so good. We were surprised that the unit itself seems made of lightweight steel, much lighter than our previous cooktop. However, the grates are super heavy duty. We also like the knob design and burner lighting mechanism much better than our previous unit that was a different brand.

This is a great cooktop so far and looks awesome in my kitchen. I've only had it installed for a week, but it works well. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because it does seem to exude a bit more of a smell of gas when cooking than gas stoves I've used before. It might be because it takes a few more seconds for the middle burner to light. I'll have to try to use it without that burner to see, but it's my go-to burner for boiling water.

I'm enjoying my gas cooktop. Having 5 burners makes a big difference when you are cooking. My only issue is how easily it is to scratch the stainless surface. The stainless steel cleaning solution provided with the cooktop does little to help remove those fine scratch and the owner's manual doesn't address the best way to remove them.

This is a good product, it fires up instantly, the burners offer adequate heat. It looks great. The grills are very heavy and rough, so that the pans are not moving. This positive becomes negative when I need to clean the stove. The grills are very heavy and hard to manipulate because of the weight.

This is a a great stovetop, The middle burner is the largest... good for a griddle or wok. Plenty of heat when you need it. Simmers well too. The grates are heavy, but moveable. Looks very professional to me!
